Santa Clara County’s Astonishingly Good COVID-19 Deaths as of July 15, 2020

Santa Clara County, California, home to Google, Apple and many other firms with extensive manufacturing in China and numerous Chinese employees, probably the region in the United States with the closest ties to China, continues to report astonishingly good COVID-19 death numbers. This despite many construction projects where workers congregate in close proximity and policies herding residents together to shop in giant stores such as Safeway, Walmart, and Target.

Note that LTCF probably refers to Long Term Care Facility (aka nursing home). The scary red line is the cumulative number of deaths which never decreases, a standard scare tactic used by public health authorities.
